2. Sheer Zinc SPF 30 @dermaquest_canada
My all-time favourite SPF products. Being in the industry for over 16 years I have never tried an SPF for my face that would work better. Even if I am staying in bed all day and not stepping a foot outside, I still will wash my face.
3. apply vitamin C and Sheer Zinc @dermaquest_canada!
Why? Because I am vain and I know that UVA rays (ageing rays) are getting me in my bed with daylight!
4. @anteageskin serum and accelerator in the pm, on a clean face!
Why? Because i know it’s the best available bone marrow stem cell-based skin care ( anti-inflammatory), with many active ingredients like ( vitamin C, E, A niacinamide, Hyaluronic acid, and cytokines…..) so instead of applying 7 products I just need 2 and will get better results!
5. AGE eye cream @skinceuticals in am and pm!
Why? Because I eat too much sugar, it causes glycation and aging.
Let’s be honest I probably still have at least 10 products I use once a week or so besides these ones ( peels, scrubs, masks, serums … just because I like it because it makes me and my skin feel good because my favourite thing is to apply something on my face – even just for 5 min! It’s me time ). But if you tell me my life is ending tomorrow ( like I have to go camping or something), and I am limited with only essentials – these are the “essentials “ I could survive on and have healthy, glowing, protected skin.
These are the products that have made a difference in my skin in 2024.
In 2024 I have many blessings to be grateful for a healthy family, a kind and smart woman around me who has taught me lessons and became my inspiration, and the healthiest skin I have ever had- these products are the reason!
